As an interdisciplinary group of companies, the H.i. Competence Group supports both business and private customers in mastering a wide range of challenges. We are constantly developing new innovative solutions for the problems and tasks of our time in order to make life safer, more pleasant and healthier. In doing so, we don’t just want to provide ideas, we want to go ahead with energy and actively bring about changes.
It all started in 2020: At the beginning of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Dominik Mosbacher was looking for a way to protect his customers from a virus infection and to make an active contribution to overcoming the corona crisis. As managing director of the Stölting Service Group, which specializes in the areas of security, personal and cleaning, he had extensive experience in the field of professional room and building cleaning.
Dominik Mosbacher founded the company H.i. Competence, which has since offered innovative ventilation systems, hand disinfectant dispensers and a specially developed nano-coating for surfaces to help people fight viruses. With our portfolio, which has continuously developed over time, we can now ensure hygienic cleanliness in companies, public buildings and event locations. In addition, in cooperation with renowned partners, we have succeeded in building an extensive network of corona test stations, with which we want to make an important contribution to reducing pandemic-related restrictions.
We have been able to steadily expand the range of products to date. The H.i. Competence Group now includes eleven companies that offer services in the areas of hygiene, health prevention, real estate construction, building management, gastronomy and travel, among others. The group is based in the Stölting Habor, which opened in 2018, on the site of the former Graf Bismarck colliery harbor within walking distance of the Schalke Veltins-Arena.
In everything we do, we rely on innovations and high-quality solutions. We want to use technical progress to make our customers’ everyday lives easier and more pleasant. We are always looking to the future. After all, we always want to be as prepared as possible for upcoming challenges and support our customers in various areas of life with innovative products and services.
What the H.i. Competence Group has achieved in just a few years is, in my opinion, the best proof that good ideas paired with the right team can be successful at any time.
The basis of the H.i. Competence Group was created with the experiences of over 10 years in the Stölting Service Group, which gave me experience and a network in many respects.
The region also played a role, as the Ruhr area has long been a fertile breeding ground for innovations and ideas.
Ultimately, however, the most important thing is to find the courage to realise an idea in practice. Under the motto “just do it”, large-scale projects have already been realised in a short space of time that are well-known throughout Germany.
Therefore: Just keep going!
